Zhuhai CIQ has made great achievements and sped the
efficiency of companies since it practiced electronic visa for origin
certificates in Apr. 2001, shortening the issuing time from 2 working
days to 1, not only facilitating companies, increasing our service
quality, but also promoting the development of foreign economy and
trade.
We have popularized electronic visa for 90% origin certificates
up till now. With the “grand customs clearance” getting consummate
and new demands coming up, according to relevant documents of China
Quality Inspection Administration and research of Zhuhai CIQ, we
decide to implement overall electronic declaration for origin certificates
and abolish hand-written record. Relevant matters are informed as
follows:
1. small and medium enterprises visaed 5 times or above a month
are required to set up software of electronic visa and declare their
own origin certificates.
2. enterprises with difficulty in setting up the software may entrust
agents authorized by our bureau (the cadre is Zhuhai Customs Declaration
Company, and the Customs Declaration Hong of Doumen Entry/Exit Port
serves Doumen district) for electronic visa.
3. enterprises with agents for electronic visa should provide their
clients with service of data distribution, distant declaration,
relevant documents (application, invoice of English version, origin
certificates), eligibility certificates should be transacted and
sealed by relevant documents at the window of Origin Certificate
Section.
4. all users of electronic visas need to fill in a Electronic Visa
Guarantee and hand it back to Origin Certificate Section for records
after sealed by the units.

receipt of this notice and cooperate our work. You can resort to
