* “3 Cities 3 Checks” Applied for HK-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge
* Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Rail, Zhuhai Section Started for Construction Soon
* “Guangdong Hong Kong Macau Investment Environment Promotion & Economic and Trade Fair”, one of the series of activities of the “World Economic Development Declaration Conference” (WEDDC) was held in Zhuhai Great Hall on Nov. 7. Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of National People’s Congress of China, Cheng Siwei, Governor of Guangdong Province, Tang Bingquan, Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Donald Tsang, Secretary for Economy and Finance of Macau Special Administrative Region, Tam Pak Yuen attended the fair and made speeches. More than 1000 guests from home and abroad were present. The pictures were shot at the signing ceremony on the fair.
* The first Zhuhai Sino-Japanese Economic Communication Conference successfully debuted on Oct. 17-18, with 24 contractual projects concluded and investments amounting to USD180,000,000.
* Zhuhai Industrial Accessories Fair was held in the Century Palace, Zhuhai Holiday Resort on Aug. 28 to 29. more than 300 guests at home and abroad attended the fair.
* Zhuhai Entry/Exit Port Bureau had a training course in the bureau meeting room on Aug. 14.
* In the morning of Jun. 18th, Secretary of the municipal Party Committee, Fang Xuan inspected the municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau. He listened to the report by Director Xiong Canjun, discussed issues related to foreign economy and trade and made demands to foreign economic and trade tasks of the next stage.
* The Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Conference was held in the comprehensive building of the civic mansion on March 12th. Secretary Fang Xuan attended the conference and made important remarks.
